What type of loans do ABM Creditz Singapore provide?
We mainly provide all kinds of financial credit services, including personal loans, debt consolidation loans, short term loans, bridging loans, unsecured loans and many more.
Am I eligible for a loan?
Below are the basic requirements needed to apply a loan with us: Anyone age 21 years old or above Employed with a Full-time Job or Self-employed with Notice of Assessment (NOA) Holding a valid NRIC or Work Pass (WP, SP, EP) Not an undischarged bankrupt, nor facing any bankruptcy proceeding
How much money can I borrow?
We provide both secured and unsecured loans. For unsecured loans, you can get: Annual income less than $20,000: Up to $3000 Annual income $20,000 or more but less than $30,000: Up to 2 months’ income Annual income $30,000 or more but less than $120,000: Up to 4 months’ income Annual income $120,000 or more: Up to 6 months’ income For secured loans, you may wish to contact us directly for a detailed breakdown.
What are required documents?
For Singapore citizen and Permanent Resident, you require:
- NRIC
- Proof of income (Bank or CPF Statement)
- Latest 3 months payslip
- Proof of residence (PUB or Phone Bill)
For Foreigner, you require:
- Valid employment pass (WP/SP/EP)
- Tenancy agreement
- Proof of residence (PUB or Phone Bill)
- Latest 3 months payslip
What is the minimum and maximum repayment period?
The minimum repayment period is 6 months, and the maximum is up to 30 months.
What is the interest rate for loan repayments?
The interest rate for loan repayments is 3.99% per month.
Can I see example of typical loan?
- Loan amount: $6000
- Loan duration: 12 months
- Interest Rate: 3.99%
- Total repayable: $6,240 for 12 months (loan tenure would be $520 per month for 12 months consistently).
- Upfront administrative fee is not more than 10% of loan principal.
